It's frustrating that conversation in India around RAPE is why is India telling the WOMEN what to do? Do you tell the person who was robbed? It was actually his / her fault? Do you tell the person's family who was murdered that you should have kept him at home? India doesn't even know how to blame the PERPETRATOR in the case of RAPE.

INTRODUCTION

No child is born FELON or DEBAUCHER. But for some reason, many are increasingly justifying SEXUAL VIOLENCE. Why Because PORNOGRAPHY has turned the body of females into COMMODITY .This is big challenge of our family and education system we must admit this WEAKNESS of the society and nation and think of CIVILIZATION SHIFT .There are many cases were STUDENTS are being RAPED by TEACHERS and EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE STAFF. Even RELIGIOUS PREACHERS RAPING their FOLLOWERS is yet another aspect which makes it our educational and spiritual institutions it creates a FEAR among the minds of parents. It appears that the RAVAGER is not SCARED OF LAWS. Rape has become more a SOCIETY issues than a law and orders one.

Entertaining definition has changed in today's BOLLYWOOD MOVIES, WEB SERIES, and TV SERIES. If movies where made to entertain than does it really necessary to show FLASHY EROTIC SCENE. Now a day’s no cinemas without SALACIOUS and VIOLENCE can run in the theater for a day. Both the mind of viewer and actor is GERED to SEXUAL CONTENTS of violence or HEROIC PHYSICAL VIOLENCE which is again VICIOUS.

Any act of sexual harassment can leave women with PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL problems that would have a deep impact on her future life. The issues of sexual harassment have to be give a serious thought and people's participation should be encouraged to make every work place SAFER and HEALTHIER for women. The issue is not just to confined to EMPOWERMENT OF WOMEN but this issue is related to HUMAN RIGHTS  of the women to work in a SAFE and SECURE work ENVIRONMENT.

ASSAILANTS:- November 1973 ARUNA SHANBAUG, a 26-year-old woman , while WORKING as a junior nurse at King Edward Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai was SEXUALLY ASSAULTED  by a WARD BOY Sohanlal Bhartha Walmiki, during her NIGHT SHIFT and  remained in VEGETATIVE STATE. .

2) SCHOOL

School and college are places were we grab great knowledge for our better future it's the place were we find a path to our greater future. Teachers and professor of the institute should be a well wisher for students but in this generation some of them sexually harassed the students for good grade and for good marks students are asked sexual favors by the teachers for attendance and grades. In the past there have been cases were school bus conductor had been found harassing small kids. 

Is there any safe places in this world were we can send our daughters and let them live happily. 

ASSAILANT: - A government SCHOOL TEACHER in Chhattisgarh's Jashpur district allegedly RAPED a 13-year-old student in SCHOOL PREMISES.

3) PUBLIC TRANSPORT

 Women are subject to SEXUAL ASSAULT HARASSMENT and REPRESSION while using public modes of transport, the survey said, adding that they are not only HARASSED by TRANSPORT WORKERS but also by other MALES TRAVELING with them. Women's SAFETY in PUBLIC TRANSPORT is one of the BIGGEST key challenges across the GLOBE.

 ASSAILANT: - The incident of rape on December, 16, 2012 in New Delhi the capital of India shocked the entire nation. A 23 year old woman was gang raped by SIX MEN in MOVING BUS s. (NIRBHAYA CASE).

 ASSAILANT :- An 8-year-old girl, ASIFA BANO in Rasana village near Kathua in Jammu and Kashmir, India, in January 2018. She was drugged and captive in a TEMPLE and sexually assaulted for a week before being strangled and battered with stone.

 Six men, including HINDU PRIEST and three police officers, were convicted of the crime.

The technology has exposed children to all kind of VIOLENT BEHAVIORS , REPREHENSIBLE ideology and pornography movies as well as RAPE too. This influence CHILDREN and even ADULTS including in these activities which increase the POTENTIAL risk of RAPE in the country.

•   Share HUMILIATING things about the victim by mass chat and mass email. 

• . Spread LIES or GOSSIP about the victim on social media.

• . Send HARASSING instant messages or text messages directly to the victim. 

RECENT THERE WAS A CASE OF ONLINE HARASSMENT. 

ASSAILANT :- The incident took place on Instagram the conversations of group chat named BOIS LOCKER ROOM. TEENAGE boys from  different schools (YES SCHOOLS) were involved in this CRIME.

An alarming rise in the demand for CHILD PORNOGRAPHY 

Material (also referred to as 'CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL ') has been seen ever since the Covid-19 induced LOCKDOWN was enforced, the India Child Protection Fund (ICPF).

According to the ICPF, the online data monitoring websites are showing an increase in demand for searches like 'CHILD PORN ', 'SEXY CHILD ' and 'TEEN SEX VIDEOS '. Data from PORNHUB, the world's largest PORNOGRAPHY WEBSITE in the world, also reveals that traffic from India has INCREASED by 95 per cent between March 24 and March 26, 2020. 

In the report ICPF said that NEW DELHI was amongst the cities where there is a "HIGH DEMAND” for CHILD PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIAL, thereby posing grave risks to its children during the Covid-19 induced lockdown. The ICPF has released a report titled 'CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL in India', a research of child pornography demand in 100 cities in India like NEW DELHI , CHENNAI , MUMBAI , KOLKATA , BHUBANESWAR and INDORE. The overall demand for child pornography was an average of 5 million per month in 100 cities on the public web during December 2019, which has now spiked.

People are searching for "CHILD PORN” On one side LOCKDOWN is making people of India safe but on another hand. It is DESTROYING people's THINKING as they are going more towards PORNOGRAPHY VIDEOS.

CONCLUSION:-

It is 2020 in which immense pressure is there on young people to get a merit and mostly on girls as there is a FEAR among PARENTS the less they are educated the less opportunity they get to growth in MALE DOMINATED SOCIETY. So it’s our collective DUTY not just every girl to raise VOICE AGAINST SEXUAL ABUSE but also to STOP others allowing it too and not just turn a BLIND EYE to it. Female gender should start taking things in their own hand by not working in entertainment industry whose MOVIES or SONGS or WEB SERIES  are made by exposing NUDITY. 

It’s the era where FEMALES are allowed to concessions in interest on loan for buying properties and business loan for startup’s and take up jobs in various government sector be it armed forces. Sometimes there are conditions where HUNGER FOR FOOD  makes a women to SELL HER BODY in nude pics or prostitution or exotic songs in movies , a organization should be made at country or world level to STOP this where females are given JOBS and EDUCATION to prevent from taking up such steps.

LAWS should be made for DEATH SENTENCE to rapist and TIME LIMIT should be set up for such cases internationally by UN as it’s not a fight against any RELIGION it’s a fight between GENDER DISCRIMINATION.
